How do I get a quote?
You can e-mail a quote request to kateb@surfworks.co.uk and we will e-mail back with a quote as soon as we can. Alternatively, you can call us on 01562 637330 and we will be more than happy to give you a quote over the phone.
How do I place an order?
To place an order please e-mail kateb@surfworks.co.uk
When placing an order that requires the product to be printed you will need to provide artwork at the time of ordering.
How do I need to send artwork?
We ideally need artwork as an eps illustrator file or Portable Document Format (PDF) with all fonts converted to outlines. If you're unable to provide artwork in the required formats, we have an in-house studio that will be more than happy to help.
Do you keep my artwork on file?
Yes! We keep your artwork on file to make reordering/using your artwork on other products simpler & less time-consuming. We like to make the process as easy as possible.
How do the price ranges work?
Please note that these prices are to be used as a guide only. Exact prices will depend on the quantities ordered and the method of decoration. We will confirm the final price and send over a detailed quote, once we receive your enquiry.
